Wind Dancers – eine Bodypainting-Performance von Amyna E. Wolf. Musikalisch untermalt von der SounDance Gruppe Strange Stars, kreiert A. E. Wolf verschiedene Luftwesen, u. a. eine Sylphe und einen Götterboten. Vor allem in der Abenddämmerung werden diese Werke unter UV-Licht ein Eigenleben entwickeln und mit Tanz, Akrobatik & fernöstlichen Moves Luft, Wind und Sturm beschwören. Künsteübergreifend knüpft Wind Dancers an die Aktionen Living Sculptures: Elemental Dreaming und Fire Souls (Gmünder Art 2013 + 2015). Wind Dancers is a body painting performance by Amyna E. Wolf. Illustrated with fitting sounds from their new album Air by the SounDance performers Strange Stars, she creates mythical air creatures, such as a wind elf, an angelic messenger and a sylph. Saturday afternoon, but especially on both evenings, these will be ready to start a performance of their own: acrobatics, dance and martial arts will be staged in a magical circle of UV light, fog and wind. Wind Dancers is a continuation of the Elemental Dreaming and Fire Souls performances of the last two Gmünder Art festivals. This time, we’re taking you into a realm of elemental air, wind and storm.
